Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager for ES NAMER US. You will act as the principal technical advisor to enterprise customers, guiding adoption of AWS services and ensuring operational health with EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IoT, and more. Travel up to 10%.

You will collaborate with engineers and service teams to resolve issues, influence senior leadership discussions, and craft proactive strategies to maximize value from AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong technical foundation.
• 4+ years of technical work experience in place of one degree.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal technical advisor to enterprise customers.
