Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Enterprise Support Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for enterprise customers.

You will help craft strategies to drive adoption of AWS services across compute, storage, databases, and AI/ML offerings, while ensuring operational health and alignment with customer goals. The role requires travel of 10% or more, collaboration with internal teams, and a focus on risk management and strategic

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.

Responsibilities

• The TAM role is not directly hands on keyboard within the customer's environment for troubleshooting; you will work with engineers and service teams to resolve issues and drive adoption of AWS services.
• You will provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices and proactively keep customer AWS environments healthy.
• You will build relationships with customers to understand business/operational needs and translate that into value for AWS services.
