Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in AWS Enterprise Support. The TAM will act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer, guiding customers from startups to Fortune 500s.

You’ll partner with engineers and service teams to drive adoption, define best practices, and ensure operational health across AWS services. The role requires frequent collaboration with senior leaders, proactive risk management, and travel of about 10% or more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsabilités

• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep AWS environments healthy.
• Drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support and risk management.
• Travel 10% or more as needed and act as a principal technical advisor to Enterprise Support customers.
• Work with engineers and service teams to resolve issues and ensure customer adoption of AWS services.
• Build solutions that maximize value for customers across AWS services like EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, and more.
