Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Applied AI Solutions seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will partner with customers to drive adoption of AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS. The TAM will coordinate with engineers and service teams to resolve incidents and align technical strategies with business goals.

You will develop relationships with senior leaders, plan architectures, and ensure environments remain healthy and resilient while traveling ~10% or more as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, math, or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience
• 7+ years of experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for four (4) of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / Databases / DevOps / Big Data and Analytics / Security / Applications Development

Responsibilities

• The TAM role is not directly hands on keyboard within the customer's environment for troubleshooting customer support issues; you will work with engineers and service teams to see issues through to resolution and drive adoption of AWS services.
• A day in the life: provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices and proactively keep customer AWS environments healthy and resilient.
