Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) within the Enterprise Support organization. The TAM acts as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, guiding adoption and use of AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, and more.

The TAM role focuses on proactive strategy, issue resolution coordination with engineers, and business leadership discussions to improve

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, math, or equivalent.
6+ years of technical engineering experience.
7+ years of experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for four of: Compute/Storage/Networking/CDN/Databases/DevOps/Big Data and Analytics/Security/Applications Development.
Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead.
Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

Advocate and guide customers on AWS best practices and drive adoption.
Collaborate with engineers to resolve incidents and communicate risk to leadership.
Build and plan solutions to keep AWS environments healthy and resilient.
