Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the principal technical advisor to Enterprise Support customers.

You will help craft strategies to drive adoption of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, and others, while maintaining operational health and executive-level communications. You will travel ~10% or more as needed and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value, guidance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/math or equivalent.
• 5+ years in design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed apps.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud offerings.
• Knowledge of cloud-based architecture and customer-facing roles.
• Experience with cloud tech for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide customers to adopt AWS services and optimize their cloud environments.
• Represent AWS in customer environments and discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Work with engineers to drive issues to resolution and craft adoption strategies.
