Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to help customers adopt and optimize AWS services across EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, and more. You will work directly with senior leaders to plan strategies and ensure operational health.

This role requires strong technical depth, customer-facing skills, and willingness to travel about 10% or more. You will partner with Enterprise Support and drive successful outcomes for large-scale workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars and applying them to customer architectures.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on adopting and optimizing AWS services in their environments.
• Represent AWS in customer environments and discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk with senior leadership.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to build best-practice, healthy AWS deployments.
