Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support and influence customers' cloud strategies across compute, storage, data, AI/ML, and more. You will serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises within AWS Enterprise Support.

This role focuses on technical leadership and customer outcomes, not sales, and may require travel 10% or more to customers and projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsabilités

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices; ensure customer environments remain operationally healthy.
• Travel 10% or more as needed and serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to AWS product teams.
