Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support.

The TAM will work with engineers and service teams to resolve issues, drive customer adoption of AWS services, and deliver strategic guidance to architect resilient cloud solutions. The role requires at least 3+ years of engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel ~10% or more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, Big Data and analytics, security or applications development in distributed systems.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to Enterprise Support customers.
• Collaborate with engineers and service teams to resolve issues and drive adoption of AWS services.
• Develop and communicate strategic guidance to help customers plan and build scalable AWS solutions.
