Job summary

You will partner with customers from startups to Fortune 500, translating business needs into technical strategies, and coordinating with engineers to ensure successful outcomes. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience troubleshooting across compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data and analytics, security, or applications in distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with engineers and service teams to resolve issues and drive adoption.
• Represent AWS to customers and discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk.
• Travel up to 10% or more as needed.
