Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Cupertino, CA, seeks a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to guide enterprise customers on multi-year cloud journeys, coordinating AWS teams to deliver outcomes and drive adoption of AWS services.

You will partner with sales, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services, translating account plans into executable actions, and leading governance and education initiatives for successful transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technology roles.
• 5+ years of experience engaging with executive/senior customer stakeholders (e.g., Director+ level).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing, including architecture patterns, workload migration/modernization, or workload optimization.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business vision and evangelize AWS services.
• Drive adoption through delivery and execution with cross‑team alignment.
• Identify strategic opportunities and translate into executable actions.
• Lead governance, education plans, and executive briefings.
