Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to guide large enterprise customers on multi-year cloud journeys, aligning AWS teams to deliver outcomes and value.

The role focuses on driving adoption, governance, and collaboration across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services. The CSM will shepherd customers through operational, educational, and governance aspects of cloud transformation, with emphasis on GenAI/Agentic solutions and executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• 10+ years in customer-facing tech roles driving business outcomes.
• 5+ years engaging with executive stakeholders (Director+ level).
• 3+ years hands-on cloud computing experience including migrations/modernization.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the AWS cloud journey and coordinate cross-team delivery.
• Identify strategic cloud opportunities; drive migrations and modernization.
• Serve as customer cloud journey coach; voice of the customer to AWS teams.
• Implement governance structures for partnership and customer adoption.
• Plan and support workload migrations, executive briefings, and engagements.
