Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to guide enterprise customers on multi-year cloud journeys, aligning AWS teams to deliver outcomes and driving governance, education, and executive engagement.

You will collaborate with sales, solutions architecture, support, and professional services to plan migrations, modernizations, and GenAI initiatives while evangelizing AWS services and customer success. 15%–30% travel expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct customer engagement, with a focus on support to senior executives (VP and C-level) experience.
• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technology roles (e.g., solutions architecture, customer/field engineering, technical account management, customer success, technology consulting, or enterprise technology strategy)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing, including architecture patterns, workload migration/modernization strategies, or workload optimization

Responsibilities

• Interface with customer and AWS leadership, driving collaboration between sales, support, solutions architecture and professional services, product/engineering teams.
• Plan and support major workload migrations and modernizations.
• Translate strategic initiatives in the account plan into executable actions and manage cadence and reporting.
