Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) for our Strategic Accounts organization.

You will guide AWS customers on a multi-year cloud journey, coordinating across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to achieve business outcomes. You will partner with customer and AWS leadership to plan and support large workload migrations, modernization, and education plans, translating strategic initiatives into executable actions and tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technology roles.

Responsibilities

• Establish a deep understanding of the customer’s business vision, culture and processes and evangelize AWS services to drive adoption.
• Accelerate AWS adoption through delivery and execution.
• Identify and align on strategic opportunities with the account team to drive cloud migrations, modernization, and GenAI/Agentic initiatives.
• Serve as the customer’s cloud journey coach, voicing customer needs to AWS leadership and engineering teams.
• Implement governance structures to govern the partnership and customer adoption of AWS.

Education

Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
