Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services is seeking a dynamic ProServe Account Executive to drive new and existing customer engagements in the Financial Services sector, translating IT strategy into business value and securing SOW sign-offs. You will collaborate with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to grow customer success and business outcomes.

The role emphasizes sales execution, CRM proficiency, and strong analytics to meet revenue and CSAT

Qualifications

8+ years of technology sales or account management experience.
Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategies.
Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead business outcomes - articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation.
Execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps and drive ProServe bookings.
Develop unified account and pursuit plans aligned with the AWS account team.
Establish Executive relationships across Business & Technology groups and sponsorship of programs.
Build internal AWS networks critical to success (OneTeam, Partner, Global Services, Finance, Legal).
Be a strategic advisor with deep knowledge of customers’ business and cloud ecosystem.
Deliver annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets aligned with customer outcomes.
Share learnings and scale processes across the ProServe team.
