Job summary

DSV is seeking an Operational Account Manager, Cloud Freight Operations to own day-to-day execution and customer experience for high-risk, high-value freight supporting cloud computing customers within domestic freight brokerage.

You will collaborate with Customers, Carrier Sales, carriers, and internal teams to design transportation solutions that balance service, capacity, pricing, security, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Domestic freight brokerage or transportation experience required.
• Strong customer instincts and ability to stay ahead of time-sensitive operational demands.
• Experience with high-value, time-sensitive freight preferred.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for cloud computing customers and build long-term relationships with proactive communication.
• Manage day-to-day freight brokerage activities for assigned accounts, ensuring correct execution of requests.
• Maintain shipment visibility and proactively communicate status, milestones, delays, and exceptions to customers and internal partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through additional lanes, services, or shipment volume.
