Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to guide healthcare provider customer cloud journeys at scale, partnering with executives and engineers to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will own cross-functional programs, drive AI adoption, and help customers realize value across cloud adoption, migrations, and data modernization while mentoring other CSMs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
• 2+ years of customer-facing work with executives.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and accelerate customer value realization throughout the cloud lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end customer transformation strategy.
• Design and drive large-scale migrations, AI adoption, and data modernization.
• Manage complex business and technology programs amidst ambiguity.
• Establish and mature operating models to scale.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across sales, solutions architecture, and professional services.
• Engage with executives to align AWS investments with business priorities.
• Lead executive briefings and roadmaps.
• Apply healthcare HIPAA requirements and domain use cases.
• Develop customer cloud readiness and AI fluency.
• Mentor CSMs and drive scalable improvements.
