Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Customer Solutions Manager for Healthcare & Life Sciences to accelerate cloud adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will partner with senior leaders and engineering teams to strategize end‑to‑end transformation journeys and enable successful migrations to AWS.

You will work across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to plan, execute, and govern large‑scale workloads while evangelizing AWS services and GenAI

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large‑scale programs with business outcomes.
• 10+ years in customer‑facing technology roles (solutions architecture, engineering, or similar).
• 5+ years engaging with senior/executive stakeholders (Director+).
• 3+ years hands‑on cloud computing experience including migrations or modernization.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer cloud adoption and shepherd workloads through migration and modernization.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to plan and execute.
• Translate strategic initiatives into executable actions aligned with milestones.
• Drive governance structures and executive briefings to ensure success.
• Advise customers on GenAI/AI/analytics opportunities within AWS capabilities.
