Qualifications

• 7+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technology roles (e.g., solutions architecture, customer/field engineering, technical account management, customer success, technology consulting, or enterprise technology strategy)
• 5+ years of experience engaging with senior/executive customer stakeholders (Director+ level), driving business outcomes through technology adoption
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with cloud computing, including architecture patterns, migration strategies, or workload optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and AWS leadership to drive adoption and deliver measurable value.
• Plan and support major workload migrations, coordinating with sales, solutions architecture, and professional services.
• Lead education plans, roadmap to business outcomes, and executive briefing sessions.
• Evangelize AWS services and influence customers to adopt them; drive customer migration to AWS and ongoing optimization.
