Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an experienced technology sales leader to join the ProServe team and shape the future of healthcare and life sciences in North America. You’ll partner with strategic HCLS customers to design transformative programs focused on AI/GenAI, IT modernization, and cloud migration.

You’ll lead Account Executives, develop large programmatic deals, and coach teams while driving revenue, billings, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years solving problems with technology in Healthcare/Life Sciences.
• Experience in full sales cycle and technology sales.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with cloud technologies and AI/GenAI solutions.
• 7+ years of technology sales and 3+ years of management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
• Cultivate executive customer relationships, earning trust and shaping new opportunities.
• Guide sellers in proposing AWS-based solutions that work backwards from customers' objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and drive forecasting accuracy and reporting to optimize processes.
