Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager for the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business field relevant to the HCLS industry.
• AWS Solution Architect Associate certification (current or ability to earn within 90 days of hire).
• Experience leading transformational projects with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of diverse projects interfacing with Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture and customer stakeholders.
• Understand customer business vision, culture, and processes to evangelize AWS services and drive adoption.
• Serve as the customer's cloud journey coach and voice of the customer within AWS.
• Frame technical topics for executives (CIO, CFO, CTO, etc.) to drive alignment and decisions.
• Advocate for customer success across all AWS touchpoints.
