Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Customer Solutions Manager (Principal CSM) to lead the most strategic, enterprise-wide customer engagements across multiple business units and geographies.

You will translate complex cloud and AI challenges into actionable strategies that drive measurable business value and long-term impact. You will partner with senior executives, Solutions Architects, Account Managers, and Professional Services to guide customers through cloud adoption,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• 8+ years engaging with senior/executive stakeholders (Director+ level), up to C-suite.
• 15+ years of experience in customer-facing technology roles.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the most strategic, enterprise-wide customer engagements across multiple business units and geographies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executive stakeholders, shaping long-term cloud and AI strategy.
