Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to guide AWS Strategic Accounts through multi-year cloud journeys from planning to migration and optimization. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, executive-level communication, and delivery excellence across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services.

You will enable strategic cloud opportunities, drive governance, and own education plans and go-live events to realize business outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven track record of delivering customer benefits
• 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams across broad functional groups

Responsibilities

• Establish a deep understanding of the customer's business vision, culture and processes, and evangelize AWS services to adopt the right solution at the right time
• Lead four focus areas: accelerate adoption through delivery, identify strategic opportunities, enable the customer journey, implement governance structures
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to plan and support major workload migrations
• Translate account plans into executable actions and drive cadence, reporting and governance for the cloud journey
