Job summary

AWS is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to guide customers through cloud journeys, accelerate migrations and realize business value. You will coordinate across AWS teams to deliver outcomes for key accounts with a focus on customer success and change management.

You will engage with executives, understand evolving technologies, and develop strategic relationships while managing time and targets in a fast-paced, global sales environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with measurable impact.
• 4+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives or partners to solve business problems with advanced tech.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 30% of the time.
• Engage with customers at all levels, including C-Suite, to drive outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of cloud technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Apply change management best practices to project delivery.
• Accelerate adoption through education and engagement.
• Identify use cases and support priority cloud adoption.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Manage time, meet goals, and coordinate with sales/marketing teams.
