Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to join our Strategic Accounts team.

In this highly visible role, you will guide AWS customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud, ensuring that AWS teams work together to deliver outcomes for the customer. The role focuses on enabling enterprise customers through cloud transformations, aligning initiatives with business goals, and coordinating across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs.
• 2+ years of customer-facing work engaging with customer executives or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.
• PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification (preferred).
• Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Establish a deep understanding of the customer’s business vision and evangelize AWS services to adopt the right solution at the right time.
• Work with the Customer Account team to identify and pursue strategic cloud opportunities such as migrations, data analytics, and digital innovation.
• Serve as the customer’s cloud journey coach, voicing customer needs to AWS leadership, product, and engineering teams.
• Implement governance structures to govern the partnership and the customer’s AWS adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and drive disciplined delivery across sales, support, solutions architecture and professional services.
