Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Santa Monica is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to guide enterprise customers on their cloud journey.

You will coordinate across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to plan and support large workload migrations, education plans, and executive briefings to ensure outcomes and business value. You will translate strategic initiatives into executable actions, lead governance, and enable a customer-centric approach across AWS.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a customer-facing role in technology or equivalent.
• Experience engaging with senior customer stakeholders (Directors/VPs/CIOs).
• 7+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate AWS adoption through delivery and execution.
• Identify and align on strategic cloud opportunities with the account team.
• Enable customers as their cloud journey coaches and advocate for customer needs inside AWS.
• Implement governance structures to govern the partnership and cloud adoption.
