Job summary
Amazon seeks a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) in the Strategic Accounts organization to guide AWS customers on multi-year cloud journeys, ensuring coordination across AWS teams to achieve customer outcomes.
The role focuses on driving business value through cloud adoption and governance, aligning with executive stakeholders and cross-functional groups. You'll partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, and product/engineering teams to plan major workload migrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or business or equivalent
- 10+ years in customer-facing technology roles
- 5+ years engaging with executive/senior stakeholders
- 3+ years hands-on cloud computing experience
- Experience advising C-suite on cloud strategy and Gen AI/Agentic
- Strong written and verbal communication translating tech to executives
Responsibilities
- Accelerate AWS adoption through delivery and execution
- Identify and align on strategic opportunities with the account team
- Serve as the customer’s cloud journey coach and advocate for customer needs
- Implement governance structures for partnership and adoption
