Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale programs with measurable benefits.
• 4+ years of customer-facing work with executives, technologists or partners.
• Experience leading transformation projects across multiple functions.
• Experience in enterprise-scale infrastructure or cloud programs.
• Strong background in change management and program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near-, mid-, and long-term vision for the customer’s cloud transformation with the AWS team.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement across organizational levels and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of existing and emerging technologies related to cloud computing to unlock opportunities.
• Lead organizational change management and integrate best practices into delivery.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AWS service adoption and best practices implementations.
• Coordinate with Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to drive the cloud journey.
• Share knowledge across Amazon teams and mentor other CSMs.
