Job summary

Amazon seeks a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to join the Strategic Accounts team. In this highly visible role, you will guide AWS customers along their multi-year cloud journey, ensuring AWS teams work together to deliver customer outcomes.

You will interface with customer and AWS leadership, drive collaboration across core account groups, and plan and support major workload migrations through governance and education plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
• 2+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives/technologists to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
• Experience leading transformation project teams across broad functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional resources and drive disciplined project delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to plan migrations.
• Translate account plans into executable actions and manage cadence with executives.
• Drive cloud adoption via governance structures and education roadmaps.
