Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent, or substantial technical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to AWS customers on cloud adoption journeys and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services.
• Translate account plans into executable actions and manage governance across the engagement.
• Drive education plans, roadmaps to business outcomes, and go-live events with customers.
