Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to join our Strategic Accounts team and guide enterprise customers on multi-year cloud journeys. You will partner with AWS leaders to deliver outcomes and ensure effective collaboration across product, engineering, and services.

You will evangelize cloud adoption, manage executive-level engagements, and drive governance and success across large-scale migrations and modernization projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer-facing technology roles (solutions architecture, customer success, or enterprise technology strategy).
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (Director+ level) to drive business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing, migration/modernization strategies, or workload optimization.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on multi-year cloud journeys and ensure cross-team alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to plan migrations and modernizations.
• Translate strategic initiatives into executable actions and drive executive-level communications.
• Lead governance structures for partnership and customer adoption of AWS.
