Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to help enterprise customers accelerate value creation through cloud adoption and strategic migrations to AWS. You will coordinate with sales, solution architecture, and service teams to design end-to-end cloud journeys and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires seasoned leadership, deep enterprise IT experience, and a customer-focused mindset to drive adoption, governance, and success throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
• 5+ years of work in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs experience
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field
• Experience in leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion
• Experience in customer-facing roles

Responsibilities

• Execute a near, mid, and long-term vision and strategy for the overall customer's cloud transformation by collaborating with the customer and the AWS team.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills and develop long term relationships based on excellence.
• Maintain a broad and in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies, to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Collaborate with customers in identifying and prioritizing high business impact use cases for AWS service adoption as well as best practice implementations.
• Manage time efficiently and align and engage required Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to accelerate customer's cloud journey.
• Be a thought leader across Amazon organizations to knowledge share success mechanisms, mentor junior CSMs, and impact industry trends.
