Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to guide Strategic Accounts through multi-year cloud journeys, aligning AWS teams to deliver customer outcomes.

You will partner with Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to plan and support major workload migrations and modernizations, translating account plans into executable actions with executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• 10+ years in customer-facing technology roles.
• 5+ years engaging with executive/senior stakeholders.
• 3+ years hands-on cloud computing including migration/modernization.

Responsibilities

• Establish a deep understanding of the customer's business vision and evangelize AWS services.
• Drive four focus areas: delivery, opportunities, enablement, governance.
• Collaborate with account teams, product and engineering for workload migrations and modernization.
• Lead education plans, roadmaps to outcomes, Executive Briefings, and technical engagements.
