Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to drive SMB cloud adoption and digital transformation. You will design and execute rapid migrations to the AWS cloud and build modern cloud-native solutions to meet ambitious objectives.

You will lead cross-functional teams including sales, solution architecture, and enterprise support, applying AWS best practices and governance to deliver end-to-end cloud journeys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
• 5+ years of work in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field
• Experience in leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion
• Experience working in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs
• Experience in customer‑facing roles

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization including C‑Suite.
• Maintain an in‑depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing, to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Possess a strong background in change management and incorporating organizational change best practices seamlessly into project delivery.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
• Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AWS as well as best practice implementations.
• Assist in developing long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing team
