Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with thought leadership and business case development.
• 3+ years in enterprise IT or managing technical programs.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near, mid, and long-term vision and strategy for customer cloud transformation with the customer and AWS team.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills and develop long-term relationships.
• Maintain deep knowledge of technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Collaborate with customers to identify high impact use cases and best practice implementations.
• Coordinate with Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to accelerate the cloud journey.
• Be a thought leader across Amazon organizations and mentor junior CSMs.
