Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Customer Solutions Manager to accelerate customer value through strategic cloud migrations and modern solutions.

You will design and execute end-to-end cloud adoption experiences, orchestrating across sales, solution architecture, enterprise support, product development, professional services, and partners. As a CSM, you will own roadmaps, governance, and program plans, driving outcomes from IT teams to business units with a customer-centric, results-driven

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership and program completion.
• 3+ years of work in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant or with technical programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near, mid, and long-term vision and strategy for the customer’s cloud transformation by collaborating with the customer and the AWS team.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills and develop long term relationships based on excellence.
• Maintain broad and in-depth knowledge of existing and developing technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Collaborate with customers in identifying high-impact use cases for AWS service adoption and best practice implementations.
• Manage time efficiently and align required teams to accelerate the customer’s cloud journey.
• Be a thought leader across Amazon organizations to mentor junior CSMs and influence industry trends.
