Job summary

Amazon seeks a Customer Solutions Manager to help SMB customers realize sustained value by accelerating their digital transformation journeys on the AWS cloud. You will design and execute strategic migrations, build cloud-native solutions, and align multiple teams to deliver end-to-end cloud adoption experiences.

You will drive governance, identify opportunities, and develop roadmaps with a business-outcome mindset, collaborating with sales, solution architecture, and enterprise support to scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership and successful completion.
• 2+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems using advanced technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams across broad functions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization including C-Suite.
• Maintain deep knowledge of existing and developing cloud technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Possess a strong background in change management and incorporate organizational change best practices into project delivery.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
• Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AWS and best practice implementations.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
