Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
• 3+ years of work in enterprise IT, either as a vendor or consultant or with managing technical programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement near-, mid-, and long-term cloud transformation strategy with the customer and AWS teams.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on excellence.
• Maintain broad knowledge of existing and developing technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Identify high-impact use cases and advise on best-practice implementations for AWS services.
• Coordinate between Customer, AWS, and Partner teams to accelerate cloud journeys.
• Share knowledge across Amazon organizations and mentor junior CSMs.
