Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to help customers accelerate value creation via business transformation and cloud migrations.

You will design end-to-end initiatives, work with sales, solution architecture, enterprise support, and partners, and drive a frictionless cloud adoption experience. You will lead programs with a strategic, business-mindset approach, align diverse teams, and influence across IT and business units.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
• 7+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with demonstrated thought leadership and program completion.
• Travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near-, mid-, and long-term cloud transformation strategy with the customer and AWS teams.
• Engage with customers at all levels, building long-term relationships based on excellence.
• Maintain broad knowledge of cloud technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Lead organizational change practices within project delivery.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Identify high-impact use cases and plan best-practice implementations with AWS services.
• Coordinate cross-team actions to accelerate the customer’s cloud journey.
• Share knowledge as a thought leader and mentor junior CSMs.
