North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Clinical Services Director to lead operational and client-relations efforts across a national portfolio. This senior role carries full P&L ownership, partners with the VP of Operations and Clinical VP, and drives cadence, staffing, credentialing, and onboarding in multiple markets.

The CSD provides strategic input on expansion, coordinates with HR and RCM, and ensures high clinician satisfaction while maintaining efficient, scalable service

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or account management.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive retention.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to read site-level P&Ls.
• Experience coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with clinicians and executives.
• Willingness to travel frequently – 30–50% travel.

Aufgaben

• Own cadence and accountability infrastructure for NAPA client relationships; ensure meetings and stakeholders are in the room.
• Serve as first point of resolution for operational issues in assigned markets; coordinate with shared services.
• Advocate for clinicians in markets; support recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing; monitor engagement signals.
• Provide capacity relief to VPs by owning the operational-relational layer of account management.
• Identify expansion opportunities and surface market insights for RVPs and BD.
