Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) seeks a Clinical Services Director to own the operational and relational layer across assigned markets. You will maintain client engagement cadence, coordinate staffing and credentialing, and partner with VP-level leaders to drive retention and expansion opportunities.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare operations, strong client management, and the ability to travel 30–50% across national markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or clinical services administration.
• Demonstrated track record managing complex client relationships and retention outcomes.
• Strong financial literacy; ability to read P&Ls and identify variances.
• Experience coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, onboarding workflows.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; travel 30–50%.
• Willingness to travel frequently and deploy nationally.

Responsibilities

• Own cadence and accountability infrastructure to keep client relationships healthy.
• Serve as first point of resolution for operational issues; coordinate across services.
• Advocate for clinicians; support recruitment, onboarding, credentialing.
• Provide capacity relief to RVPs; prepare briefing materials and financial summaries.
• Identify expansion opportunities; surface market intelligence to RVPs and BD.

Education
