Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years in healthcare operations/account management or clinical services administration.
• Experience coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, onboarding workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build trust with clinicians and executives.
• Willingness to travel 30–50%.

Responsibilities

• Own cadence infrastructure to maintain healthy client relationships and ensure timely meetings.
• Serve as first point of resolution for operational issues in assigned markets.
• Partner with VP/Clinical leaders on recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and staffing.
• Provide capacity relief to regional VPs by owning operational/relational account management.
• Identify expansion opportunities and surface market intelligence to RVPs and business development.
