Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking a Clinical Services Director (CSD) who will own the operational and relational layer of account management across national markets. This role emphasizes partnering with VP leadership to maintain cadence, resolve staffing and credentialing challenges, and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% across markets; strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own cadence and accountability infrastructure to maintain client relationships and ensure meetings occur on schedule.
• Serve as first point of resolution for operational issues; coordinate across shared services to ensure timely responses.
• Advise and support recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and staffing in assigned markets.
• Prepare materials and briefings for executive conversations and quarterly reviews; partner with VP leadership to allocate relationships and cadence.
• Identify expansion opportunities and surface market intelligence for RVPs and business development.
