North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking a Clinical Services Director (CSD) to manage client relationships, staffing logistics, and operational oversight across markets. The role partners with Operations and Clinical leadership to assign relationships and cadence, ensuring timely responses and high-quality executive conversations.

The CSD will travel 30–50% as needed, coordinate recruitment and credentialing, and drive accountable service delivery while monitoring market

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.

Mansioni

• Own the cadence and accountability infrastructure for NAPA client relationships; ensure meetings happen and stakeholders attend.
• Coordinate staffing, payroll, scheduling, credentialing, and escalation across shared services.
• Serve as advocate for clinicians; support recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing with white‑glove service.
• Provide capacity relief to Regional VPs; prepare materials and participate in strategic engagements.
• Identify expansion opportunities and surface market intelligence to leadership.
