Zusammenfassung

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) seeks a Clinical Services Director (CSD) to lead operational and relational health across assigned markets. You will own client cadence, drive retention, and partner with VP-level leaders to align staffing, credentialing, and service delivery.

This role is remote-first, nationally deployable, with 30–50% travel to New York, New Hampshire, and Connecticut markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, account management, or clinical services administration.
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex client relationships and driving measurable retention.
• Strong financial literacy: read site-level P&Ls, identify variances, and communicate financial risk clearly.
• Experience coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding workflows in a multi-site healthcare environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with clinicians, hospital admins, and executives.
• Willingness to travel frequently — 30–50% travel depending on market portfolio.

Aufgaben

• Own cadence and accountability infrastructure to keep NAPA client relationships healthy and on schedule.
• Maintain records of all client engagement activity in CRM and escalate cadence issues.
• Prepare materials for executive conversations and coordinate with Operations VP and Clinical VP on ownership of relationships.
• Serve as first point of resolution for day-to-day operational issues in assigned markets.
• Drive accountability across shared services (RCM, HR, Talent Acquisition, Quality) and escalate beyond scope as needed.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing in collaboration with Chiefs and Talent Acquisition.
• Provide capacity relief to Regional VPs by managing operational and relational layers of account management.
• Identify expansion opportunities and surface market intelligence on service lines and contracts.
