Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) seeks a Clinical Services Director (CSD) to own the operational and relational layer of account management across assigned markets. You will ensure cadence, meetings, and executive briefings are well-coordinated and that client relationships stay healthy.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, travel 30–50%, and collaboration with VP roles to assign relationships and coverage.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or account management.
• Demonstrated track record with client relationships and retention outcomes.
• Strong financial literacy: read site-level P&Ls and identify variances.
• Experience coordinating clinician recruitment, credentialing, onboarding workflows.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (30–50%).
• Familiarity with scheduling platforms (Qgenda) and CRM systems (Dynamics).

Responsibilities

• Own cadence and accountability infrastructure for NAPA client relationships.
• Ensure meetings occur on schedule with the right stakeholders.
• Track and document client engagement; flag disengagement to RVP.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions.
• Prepare materials for executive conversations and reviews.
• Partner with Operations VP and Clinical VP on ownership and cadence.
• Serve as first resolution point for operational issues in markets.
• Drive accountability across shared services to ensure timely responses.
• Identify expansion opportunities within client accounts and plan strategic cross-credentialing.
