Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team in the United States. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions, manage renewals, and drive customer value.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, problem-solving, and regulatory compliance across client accounts. Ideal candidates bring a 3+ year track record in client service or claims management, a Property and Casualty license, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in client service and/or claims management.
• License: Property and Casualty Insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general software.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive additional services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners through timely responses and service quality.
• Lead consultative conversations to address client risk management needs and develop personalized strategies.
• Mentor team members by delegating tasks, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems.
• Leverage Gallagher’s technology to improve productivity and outcomes.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations on time.
