Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team in Pittsburgh. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and deliver tailored insurance solutions, building strong relationships and ensuring value in every interaction.

You will help grow client satisfaction by managing renewals, addressing risk management needs, and mentoring team members while upholding compliance standards and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience in client service and/or claims management.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to build relationships and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive additional services and lines of coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier partners through timely responses and strong customer service.
• Mentor team members, delegate tasks, provide feedback, and foster professional growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
