Gallagher is hiring a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions, manage renewals, and mentor team members to uphold service standards.

You’ll build strong client relationships, review coverage, and drive additional services while maintaining accurate data across Gallagher systems. The role emphasizes collaboration, regulatory compliance, and using Gallagher tools to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results
• Adaptability and resilience with shifting priorities
• Collaborative mindset to work across Gallagher

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals by gathering client information and delivering tailored solutions
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive cross-sell
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
• Consult with clients to address risk management needs
• Mentor team members and provide feedback for growth
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher systems
• Leverage Gallagher technology to improve productivity and results
• Handle multiple priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations
