Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a client services professional to manage an assigned group of client accounts in a branch, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring timely, useful service. The role involves coordinating with the Production team on renewals and seeking opportunities to protect and expand client coverage.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years in client service/claims management, plus a valid producer license and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• Producer's license is required or must be obtained.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Appropriate licensing as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned group of client accounts in a branch, ensuring service is clear, timely, and useful.
• Be the main point of contact for the accounts and keep work moving forward.
• Respond to client needs, keep details organized, and ensure service stays on track.
• Partner with the Production team on renewals to secure client coverage.
• Identify opportunities to protect existing business and add value where appropriate.
• Build strong relationships with client leaders and day-to-day contacts, and support retention and revenue goals.
